Craft & Chat group is a gathering where creative minds share their crafting passions while enjoying each other's company. Each week, members bring their projects or start one supplied —knitting, sewing, crocheting and more—creating a warm atmosphere filled with laughter and ideas. Whether seasoned or new to crafting, everyone finds inspiration and friendship, leaving each meeting with a sense of accomplishment and new friendships.

Well-being Walks

They give clear instructions and demonstrate the poses, offering alternative ways to do a pose or work towards the pose if you have difficulty doing it. Discuss with them any specific medical issues you may have, and they will tailor poses throughout the session to avoid potential problems for you without limiting your ability to participate.
